1. Returns

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

2. Free Return Shipping

Return shipping is free on all eligible returns.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back.

3. No Restocking Fees

We never charge restocking fees. You receive the full value of the returned item.

4. No Final Sale Items

None of our products are final sale. Every item is eligible for return within the 30-day return window.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, contact us and we will guide you through the process.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will fix the problem as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
